Among numerous disadvantages of living in a third world country, one of them is not being able to visit some websites. Websites like Pandora, Spotify, Netflix, Hulu plus, etc are simply not available in our country Nepal. But where there is a problem, there is definitely a solution! There is a way you can visit those websites even from Nepal. The solution is a browser extension or Add-on called Hola! Unblocker. What this add-on does is, it fools the website into thinking you are browsing from some other country.
Here we go!
- Go to hola.org.
- Click on “Start using Hola” button. this will install the extension into your browser. You may or may not need to restart the browser to make it work depending on your browser.
- Now go to a restricted website. For example: Try www.spotify.com and You will see something like this:
- As you can see it is not available in Nepal.
- Click on the Hola icon on the top right corner of your browser.
- Click on US or UK. Browser will reload the page.
- And there you go! It will now be available for you.
- To keep the settings click on Remember server button in Hola.
- This method can also be used to browse YouTube videos unavailable in Nepal.
